With over two decades in the housing industry, my experience spans everything from renovations, demolitions, landscaping, and energy audits to utility locates. Over the years, I’ve seen what can go wrong and right in a property. That insight led me to pursue further education, graduating with honors to become a Home Inspector, and founding Walia Home Inspection.
At Walia Home Inspection, we believe in providing potential homeowners with a complete picture of their investment—the good and the bad—so they can make educated decisions. We focus on an impartial approach, allowing each home to “speak for itself.” Our role is to listen closely and share those findings with you.
All mechanical and services (electrical, plumbing, etc.) are tested and inspected. A search for unwanted water entry or damage are checked. You will be shown everything I find - be it positive or negative.
You will get a detailed electronic report consisting of hyperlinks, photos with condition highlighted. Access your report for up to 7 years with hard copies available if requested. Once you receive your report, it doesn't end there. I am always here to answer any questions and to come out and review any concerns, no charge!
Time restraints and bidding wars can cause a condition like a home inspections to make the deal fall through. As you are looking at your potential home, I will check all major functions and structures of the house. This comes with NO report and is at a reduced cost.
Is Thermal Imaging Worth it for a Home Inspection?
Thermal imaging inspection is a valuable tool that goes beyond the visual assessment. This technique can help with issues not visible to the naked eye.
Thermal imaging can be useful in detecting electrical issues, water leaks, and insulation problems. Even though it seems too efficient, it cannot replace a regular home inspection. However, thermal imaging in a home inspection can be a win-win for all parties involved.
